 Our new leg-of-lamb holders have finally arrived. Also
known as a manche a gigot, the leg-of-lamb holder is the classic way to secure the leg of lamb while carving. A truly beautiful tool for the serious gourmet, our leg-of-lamb holder is thick silverplate. 7.75" long.
The smaller item in the inset with the manche a gigot, is our recently-acquired manche a cotelette, 5 1/2" long, used to secure small birds such as pigeon and quail.
